Travel expenses, accomodation, meals and refreshments are not included in the course price, unless specifically stated. Likewise meals, refreshment, travel and accomodation are entirely the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise and specifically stated.

Should a course, seminar or workshop be cancelled or withdrawn due to circumstances beyond JamesLavers.Com control, you will be entitled to transfer to an identica course commencing within 12 months of the date of commencement of the cancelled event.

No refund will be honoured if there is an identical course available - or if the cancelled event is made available at a future date within 12 months of the commencement of the cancelled event.

We reserve the right to move any event to another venue within a 60 mile radius of the originaly named venue giving not less than 48 hours notice.

Specific event content may be subject to cancellation or alteration at any time, without prior notification.

Speakers may be subject to change or cancellation at any time, without prior notification.
